One day home May 30,2007

Yesterday Darren was home for one day so the boys went for a haircut at Raff's, Sam didn't have as much fun getting his as when he was watching Daddy.
After we headed back home we stopped off at Douglas Park to show Daddy all the slides that we go on. Then we walked back home and hung out in the backyard to continue to enjoy the sunshine.

Monday afternoon in the garden May 14,2007

Today after some errands Sam, Darren & I got down to business gardening. We managed to clean up the front garden and proceed to getting some of the veggie garden in. Here are a few pictures of Sam helping out.

Brady's 3rd Birthday May 12,2007

Well in between our visit with our friends we attended Brady's 3rd Birthday at the Y it was fabulous. They had a mini gym set up for the kids to run around and play. Then we proceeded to a room upstairs where we all had some pizza and juice. The afternoon concluded with gifts and cake.

More shots from White Rock. It's actually quite neat being back in BC I am discovering old places with fresh eyes. We had a stroll along the beach then a light lunch at Charlie Don't Surf.

The Dawood's Visit May 2007

We have been blessed to have our good friends come and visit with us. We all met out in Halifax together and have been friends since. Their little girl is about a year older than Sam but they carry on like their is not difference it it such a delight to see us all together after such a time away from each other. With out any more babbling there will be a series of pictures because I can not possibly place them all in one blog posting.

Dinner with the Jacob's May 4,2007

Friday night we actually made it out to the Jacob's. We brought some homemade pizza for us all to chow down on. It was nice to see the whole family and have an evening of laughter and stories.

In addition there was a hold up during dinner and Nicholas got right in to cowboy mode.

After dinner there was a flood in the bathroom with not help to Nicholas and Sam. The picture only captures half the water leaving the tub. And of coarse I am no help I just keep laughing and snapping pictures. I think you actually see Michelle's hands trying to slow the boys down.
